Dalton Postar
Owner
Dalton Postar is the co-founder of Prime Properties, a Lubbock, Texas-based commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on acquiring, managing, and expanding its portfolio of commercial properties.
Alongside his wife, Hailey, Dalton takes a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to the business, with a strong emphasis on customer service, responsiveness, and providing spaces that meet the needs of local businesses. Through Prime Properties, they are committed to helping local businesses find the space they need to operate, grow, and succeed.
Outside of work, Dalton enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling with Hailey. They love exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and experiencing different cultures, with Mexico City being one of their favorite destinations.
Hailey Brothers-Postar

Hailey Brothers-Postar is a Lubbock native with a degree in finance from Texas Tech University and a seven-year background in banking, primarily spent as a commercial loan credit analyst.
In 2026, Hailey transitioned from banking to work alongside her husband, Dalton Postar, managing and growing their commercial real estate portfolio. She draws on her financial expertise and credit analysis experience to evaluate prospective investments and support thoughtful, informed growth.
When Hailey and Dalton aren't working, they enjoy spending time with their dog, Jinx, traveling to Mexico City to visit family, and sharing memorable meals with friends. Self-proclaimed foodies, they often plan their travels around unique dining experiences and new places to eat.
