Yes. All shop spaces require a minimum one-year lease term.
No. Your rental rate is fixed for the duration of your initial one-year lease term. Upon renewal, rental rates may be adjusted to reflect prevailing market rates and operating costs. Any changes to the rental rate will be communicated prior to renewal.
